I was recently involved in a discussion where it was noted that this kind of activity, (GYROCISING), greatly increases your circulation, actually increasing the capillary action and flow of the blood.  Although the dilation and increased circulation seems rather obvious, the GYROTRON is much more captivating and challenging than a simple inversion table or bar.
